Michael
"Michael was perfection. Besides his endurance, Michael was notable for precisely meeting the needs of both mind and body. His strong strokes were perfect for my work-out worn muscles; his soothing demeanor healed my stressed-out psyche." ~ Ellen Mack RN, Lomi Lomi
Michael is originally from Copenhagen, Denmark, and has lived in Los Angeles since 2001 bringing invaluable knowledge and techniques from abroad. His career as a massage therapist began 16 years ago in Denmark where he underwent an extensive 2 year study program for Deep Tissue bodywork from 1993 -1994 and from there, set forth his practice.
Michael is also revered for his remarkable talents in Hot Stones and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, and is a former instructor for Hawaiian Lomi Lomi. This master has the rare ability to create an ultimately relaxing “flow” experience through his Lomi Lomi, Hot Stones and incorporated Esalen techniques having studied at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA.
Michael is a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, and intermittently furthers his zest for massage therapy through continued education in new techniques and modalities.

As a former firefighter and emergency medical technician, Bob has direct experience with those who are in pain or undergoing stress and the implications it can have on the body. His work creates positive results with those who have sustained long-term or ‘presumed’ permanent problems such as victims of paralysis. As a six year veteran of bodywork, he has helped many clients resolve a variety of injuries related to sports, work or daily living.
Bob’s specialties include Pre & Post-natal massage, Sports, Deep Tissue, Circulatory, and Reflexology. His healing hands have an innate way of finding sore spots and focusing in on their points of origin. Many people he has worked on say they limped onto the massage table and, once off it, walked feeling better than they have in years, which will keep you returning to him week after week.
Bob received his certifications and internship from Manhattan Beach Massage College and is a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. He is a military veteran with the Airborne Reconnaissance Unit of the United States Army and served as a firefighter and EMT for ten years.
